1 February 2005 - York Pharma plc, the AIM listed strategic
acquirer, developer and marketer of pharmaceutical products in the
field of dermatology acquired Molecular SkinCare Limited. MSL is
a small, specialist pharmaceutical company founded in 2001 for the
discovery and development of products for the superior prevention and
control of skin diseases. The Company emerged from the University
of Sheffield and through its combined expertise in the field of
functional genomics, molecular biology and clinical dermatology, has
developed a product portfolio consisting of four separate projects.
