Regenerative Medicine Assets Limited - Sale of ICX-TRC

Regenerative Medicine Assets Limited (formerly Intercytex Group plc) today announces that it has completed the sale of certain assets related to its hair regeneration product ICX-TRC from its wholly owned subsidiary Intercytex Limited to Aderans Research Institute Inc. (an affiliate of Aderans Co Ltd of Japan, and Bosley) for US$200,000.

The Company continues with detailed discussions regarding the sale of its remaining business assets, primarily, Vavelta and anticipates making further announcements in due course.
